Helping HireHeroes Nail Their Outbound and Brand Voice

At HireHeroes, a platform that uses voice-based AI agents to run live screening interviews and roleplays, I jumped in to help them get noticed—by the right recruiters, HR teams, and decision-makers.

What I Got My Hands On:

• Built their outbound setup from the ground up—lead lists, targeting, email copy, automation… the whole thing.
• Helped shape their brand messaging so people actually got what they do. We introduced terms like “conversational recruitment” and “AI-powered roleplays” that stuck.
• Cleaned up their founder narrative—we made sure the story was clear, sharp, and memorable.
• Gave a big push to founder visibility—think smart content, clear positioning, and more meaningful outreach to potential customers and partners.

What Came Out of It:

• Launched outreach campaigns that led to real conversations with top recruiters and hiring teams.
• Created a brand identity that felt way more aligned with their product and who they were as a team.
• Built messaging that worked—not just for email, but for decks, intros, and DMs too.
• Gave them a system to grow consistently instead of relying on ad-hoc reachouts.

What We Paid Attention To:

• Who was opening, replying, and booking from outbound
• How people were reacting to the new brand/story
• Whether the founder’s content was attracting the right kind of attention
• Quality of leads turning into real sales conversations
